Project description:

Building composed of blocks of flats with 6 and 8 levels. Each entrance of the building contains 18 large apartments, by 3-4 apartments per stairs, as well as two storey penthouses with open terraces. The clients could choose between one-room apartments with an area between 38 and 74 m2; two-room apartments with an area between 64 and 100 m2; three-room apartments with an area between 109 and 113 m2; penthouses with open terraces and a surface of 157 m2.

Main construction works:

> Construction (housing) - reinforced concrete; Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks;
> AAC exterior walls (with an increased level of heat and sound insulation, environmentally friendly, produced in Europe);
> Internal walls between the apartments - 7-cm plasterboards;
> Internal walls between the apartments - AAC;
> Thermal insulation of the external walls - 50-mm- thick layer of polystyrene foam;
> Thermal insulation of the columns - 100-mm thick mineral wool;
> Ceresit decorative plaster – produced by Henkel;
